No. The useful products bury the technology inside workflows you already run. You forward an email the way you always did, the difference is what happens next. You click a room instead of tracing it. You read a drafted claim note instead of writing one. If a product requires prompt writing skills or configuration projects to deliver value, that is a product problem, not a you problem. The one skill worth building is checking suggestions against their cited sources, which takes seconds when the software is built honestly.
It depends on the tool. Pasting job details into a free general chatbot sends them to a system you do not control, with no contractual duty to your business.
