Comparing the two honestly

• Add the AI add-ons before comparing. A Pro tier with the two $99 assistants attached is a materially different monthly figure from the headline, and the assistants are the part of Buildxact closest to what Oryn does inside VIABUILD.
• Buildxact quotes excluding GST; VIABUILD’s published figures include GST. Put both on the same basis before comparing headlines. That is not true of every product in this category, so check the wording before comparing anything else.

• You want to buy AI deliberately, or not at all. Buildxact sells its Blu AI features as separate add-ons, so you can choose them one at a time or skip them.
